Glow Hour collects the information you enter on this form for The Ultimate Glow Weekend giveaway with GLO30 Old Town: your name, Instagram handle, email, phone number, preferred discovery categories, your interests, skin-related answers, and your email and text preferences. Airtable hosts the form and stores submissions for Glow Hour. Glow Hour may use its email and messaging providers to send the communications you selected.

We use entry information to administer the giveaway, check eligibility, select and contact winners, coordinate prizes, send the selected weekend offers and GLO30 booking instructions described on the form, and understand what our community wants to discover. Your answers to research questions do not affect winner selection. The phone field is required by the form, but selecting “No texts” means Glow Hour will use email or Instagram DM to contact you about the giveaway instead.

Your future email offers choice is separate from entry. Glow Hour uses your email for official giveaway updates, including winner notification and prize coordination, regardless of this choice. “Yes, Glow Hour offers” allows Glow Hour to send future experiences, giveaways, and offers. “Yes, Glow Hour + GLO30 offers” also allows Glow Hour to share your name and email with GLO30 Old Town for its news and offers. “No, giveaway updates only” does not affect your entry or prevent necessary giveaway email or Instagram DM. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the sender’s unsubscribe method.

If you choose “Yes, giveaway texts only,” Glow Hour may text the phone number you provide about this giveaway, including winner notification and prize coordination. This choice does not authorize future promotional texts. If you choose “Yes, giveaway + future offers,” Glow Hour may also text you about future Glow Hour experiences, giveaways, and offers. “No, use email or Instagram DM” means no giveaway or promotional texts; we can still contact you about this giveaway by email or Instagram DM. Glow Hour will email GLO30 booking information to entrants after October 2. Entrants then provide their details directly to GLO30 if they book online. Glow Hour does not send the full entry list, skin answers, or phone numbers to GLO30 for booking. Glow Hour shares an entrant’s name and email for GLO30 marketing only if that entrant chose GLO30 emails. GLO30’s privacy policy applies to details provided directly when booking.

We limit access to the information to people helping administer the giveaway and the providers needed to host the form and send communications. We keep identifiable entry records only as long as needed to administer the giveaway and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Glow Hour may keep research answers in a form that no longer identifies entrants. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to any legal recordkeeping needs.
